With more than 35 years of endurance endeavors, including running, cycling, triathlon and ultramarathon racing, Jim is eager to share what he knows about equipment and training.

His favorite workouts now are with his ten year old son Max and wife Giavanna.

Rich knows his stuff. He's raced expert for Independent Fabrication, coached and trained youth riders, and is a wicked good mechanic.
